CMMB PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER TO RETIRE

The following statement was issued today by the Catholic Medical Mission Board (CMMB):

Jack Galbraith, President and CEO of the Catholic Medical Mission Board, has announced his decision to retire from the organization. He will remain CEO while the CMMB Board of Directors undertakes a search for his replacement.

“CMMB would like to thank Jack for his 12 years of service, and for his dedication to our mission to provide quality healthcare programs and services, without discrimination, to people in need around the world,” said Michael Doring Connelly, Chairman, CMMB Board of Directors. “During Jack’s tenure, CMMB has provided more than $1 billion in support to millions of people in the developing world, and helped to build sustainable local systems that address major healthcare needs in more than 100 countries. CMMB is a stronger and more vibrant organization today than at any point in our history, thanks in no small part to Jack’s leadership, commitment and hard work.”
