Major Gifts Officer/Regional Registration (Midwest)
This professional will be responsible for developing and managing
a portfolio of donors and prospects in the greater Chicago area and surrounding states. He or she will build relationships
with donors and generate high levels of contact and financial support. To use

Responsibilities
- Personal cultivation, solicitation and closing of prospects and donors.
- Provide personalized fundraising strategies for specific programs.
- Work collaboratively with fundraising and programming staff and assist
with annual planning.
- Continued expansions and development of portfolio donors and prospects.
Qualifications
- BA and three to five years major gifts experience
- Familiarity with setting goals, tracking moves, reviewing and being accountable
for standards of performance.
- Superior interpersonal and communications skills and ability to work
collegially in a complex setting
- Ability to work independently and in conjunction with the departmental
staff
