Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations
Responsible for all
institutional fundraising through financial donations/grants
from Corporations, Foundations & Organizations

Key Responsibilities:
- The cultivation
and stewardship of all CF&O
donors including:
direct contact with grant officers.
- Work with
the development team to develop short and long
term
development strategies related to CF&O
support.
- Research, identify and analyze prospective
institutional donors.
- The preparation of
proposals to solicit grants from CF&O
and
others.
- Generate all acknowledgments,
follow-up reports and project
reporting requirements to appropriate CF&O
institutions and other donors in
collaboration with the Program & Finance
Departments.
- Provide writing and research
assistance to the Program Department
in the preparation of project position papers
for proposals.
- Support the Director of Philanthropy
on selective fundraising
initiatives as requested.
- Performing other
fundraising and communications duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Three to five years grant
writing experience with international and/or
health related emphasis
- Strong management and
supervisory skills
- Ability to handle multiple
tasks in a challenging environment
- Excellent
communication skills that include superior
writing ability
- Independent worker
but team player
- Self starter
