Director - Grants Acquisition and Management
CMMB is seeking a Director for the Grants Acquisition and Management Unit (based in Washington, DC). The director provides the leadership and management, as well as participates in the development and preparation of grant proposals to the US government, multilateral funders, foundations and corporations. The unit consists of four staff while proposal teams are created linking a variety of departments, consultants and overseas technical staff.
The successful candidate will have outstanding writing and editing skills, demonstrated grant writing experience, excellent organizational skills, excellent computer skills, and knowledge and interest in international healthcare. The successful candidate must be able to effectively lead multi-functional teams as well as liaise with partner organizations, donors and CMMB technical leaders. The positions reports to the Senior Vice President of Programs. A writing sample is required.
